Data Capturer Clerk
Department: Administration
Reports to: Team Leader / Operations Manager
Employment Type: Contract
Job Purpose:
To precisely capture, update, and preserve statistics associated to Gap Cover policies, claims, and member information, making sure statistics integrity and assisting efficient administration of insurance plan processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Accurately seize and replace policyholder information, claims data, and documentation into inside systems.
Validate supply files for completeness and correctness before records entry.
Verify and cross-check statistics with helping documentation (medical bills, declare forms, insurer correspondence, etc.).
Maintain up to date and equipped digital and bodily submitting systems.
Collaborate with different departments (e.g., Claims, Customer Service) to make sure well timed decision of facts discrepancies.

Required Qualifications and Experience:
Grade 12 / Matric (essential).

Prior ride in the clinical insurance plan or Gap Cover enterprise is pretty advantageous.
Familiarity with insurance plan terminology and declare strategies is a plus.
