Minimum Requirements:

Grade 12, Secretarial Diploma, or equal qualification
Computer Literacy: MS Office
Advanced understanding of Local Government operations, administrative procedures, file control, assembly protocols and workplace governance.
Advanced document formatting and file compilation abilities & capacity to multitask underneath pressure.
Effective verbal & written communication, organisational ,self and time management, etc.

Core Responsibilities:

Co-ordinate and liaise the things to do between Council offices, Departments and Structures on things concerning to provider delivery.
