A Matric plus a National Diploma/Degree in Labour Relations or Human Resources Management as diagnosed by means of SAQA. A minimal of 2-3 years’ applicable trip in Labour Relations. Duties :
Provide advisory offerings to administration and personnel which includes exchange union/s officers associated to Labour Relations services. Implement Labour Relations strategies, insurance policies and procedures. Implement Departmental Labour Relations policies, methods and circulars associated to grievances, discipline, abscondments and suspensions in line with the Public Services Framework. Coordinate and implement, assessment and enhance the dealing with of Disciplinary processes. Coordinate and facilitate the criticism processes. Coordinate and facilitate dispute decision mechanisms for the duration of Conciliation and Arbitration such as Collective Bargaining.
