About the Role
This is a dynamic function that blends high-level facilitation, strategic coordination, and HRIS super-user abilities to force impactful change, tradition enablement, and worker engagement throughout the organisation.
Key Responsibilities
Lead high-impact facilitation periods advertising the Harambee Way of Working, values, and inclusive culture.
Design and supply workshops assisting exchange management, wellness, and structures transformation.
Act as a tradition ambassador, taking part with trade champions to screen organisational sentiment.
Coordinate logistics for coaching packages (venues, materials, scheduling).
Manage registration, enrolment, and conversation for coaching participants.
Support Talent Engagement surveys, records analysis, and motion planning.
Partner with strategic communications to increase inside campaigns.
Maintain and organise education assets (manuals, multimedia aids).
Facilitate team strategies that motivate collaboration and energetic participation.
Evaluate education effectiveness via comments and reporting.
Administer the Learning Management System (LMS), which include troubleshooting.
Liaise with interior teams, vendors, and finance for clean software execution.
Provide admin and coordination aid — and some thing else is wanted to supply results!
Minimum Requirements
Matric / Grade 12.
Bachelor’s diploma in HR, Business, or associated field.
Minimum two years’ ride in HR with a focal point on worker engagement and facilitation.
Experience with HRIS or worker engagement platforms.
Knowledge of employment legal guidelines and regulations.
