Description:
Ensure complete Customer provider in Store. Merchandising of stock, shelf rate labelling and housekeeping inside specific region of responsibility.

Requirement:
Minimum Grade 10 or NQF three and 1 (one) 12 months work associated trip or
Grade 12 except associated work experience
Ability to speak in English and the dominant language spoken in the geographical location the place the role is available.
Valid South African ID or work permit
Ability to function fundamental calculations accurately.
Must be inclined to work shifts, weekends and public holidays
Must be in a position to work below pressure
Key Performance Area:
Customer Service

Advise and help Customers on right merchandise and queries.
Assist with and unravel Customer complaints
Merchandising Standards

Bulk inventory location to be merchandised safely and in accordance to Store plan plan
Must make certain your vicinity of duty is thoroughly merchandised in accordance to Store sketch and planograms.
Housekeeping

Ensure that your region is free of obstacles, inventory is merchandised without delay after being acquired and that Customers can enter and go away your aisle except any chance of damage or irritation.
Correct shelf fee labelling inside vicinity of responsibility.
Ensure Checklist finished as required when on obligation with Canteen and Toilet/Showers schedule
Safety (OHSA) Requirements

Safety (OHSA) compliance (e.g. use of protection gear, make certain consumer and group of workers safety) inside vicinity of responsibility
Ensure location of duty (racking and bulk) inventory merchandised protected to Customers and Colleagues to cross safely inside Store
Report any discrepancies to the Store Manager
Manage Stock Loss
Report broken inventory inside place of accountability to Store Manager
