The Quality Administrative Assistant is accountable for helping the first-class assurance and meals protection features inside the organization. Job Description

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Supplier Questionnaires:

Distribute, collect, and keep provider questionnaires to acquire applicable information.
Ensure well timed completion and comply with up with suppliers as needed.

  1. Raw Material Questionnaires:

Manage the distribution, collection, and storage of uncooked cloth questionnaires.
Analyze the facts supplied to enhance technical statistics sheets (TDS) and replace the EBX system.

  1. Supplier Documentation/Certificates/Analysis:

Obtain, review, and preserve all fundamental provider documentation, inclusive of certificates and evaluation reports.
Ensure the completeness and accuracy of supplier-provided information.

  1. Supplier Inquiries and Complaints:

Assist the Food Safety Officer in coping with provider inquiries and addressing any complaints.
Serve as a factor of contact for suppliers and facilitate the decision of issues.

  1. Supplier Audits:

Support the Food Safety Officer in conducting dealer audits, consisting of preparation, participation, and follow-up.

  1. Food Safety Culture Enhancement:

Monitor the implementation of fundamental meals protection standards inside the organization.
Develop and supply small coaching periods or put together shows to promote a greater meals security culture.

  1. Product Release Verification:

Verify the completeness and accuracy of product launch documentation, which include Certificates of Analysis (COAs).

  1. Filing and Documentation Management:

Maintain prepared submitting systems, each bodily and electronic, for all quality-related documentation.
Ensure the environment friendly retrieval and storage of records.

Qualifications
